Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization. 4. Coordinate with various departments to address customer inquiries and issues. 5. Develop and maintain support documentation and training materials. 6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in support management. 7. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization through effective support management. Requirements: 1. 8 years of experience in a support management role. 2. Proven track record of successfully managing support teams and improving customer satisfaction. 3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment. 6. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
