Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers, resolving their queries and providing timely and accurate information - Utilize CRM systems to document and track customer interactions and issue resolutions - Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further investigation - Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive attitude while interacting with customers - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and drive results - Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best possible service to customers Requirements: - Hardworking and motivated individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to different situations - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred - Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
