As a Content Moderator you will be on the front lines of safeguarding social media platforms monitoring usergenerated content and enforcing community guidelines. Your fluency in German Italian or French will be essential in understanding and moderating content from diverse language backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate Content: Review usergenerated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and legal regulations.
• Enforce Guidelines: Implement policies consistently balancing community standards with free expression.
• Respond to Reports: Address user reports of inappropriate content and take appropriate action swiftly.
• Document Activities: Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and resolutions.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with international moderation teams and contribute to developing best practices.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Italian on a C2 Leveland English (B2 or higher).
• Experience in content moderation customer service or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and familiarity with their policies.
• Strong analytical and decisionmaking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
