Materials and Packing Coordinator - Koch Engineered Solutions

Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is progressing with ambitious growth plans and transforming the way we deliver long term value to our customers. We will soon open a new manufacturing plant in Dammam to provide innovative engineeredtoorder solutions for our customers primarily in the Oil and Gas Sector.

We are seeking a contribution minded professional to be our Wearhouse operator to help in the opening and then running of this facility. The successful candidate is responsible for managing the supply chain process by performing all warehouse duties in accordance with our safety and quality standards and procedures.

What You Will Do

Coordinate the receipt storage and dispatch of materials to ensure timely delivery and efficient operations

Maintain detailed records on procurement activity materials quantity specifications and stock movements

Monitor inventory levels and place orders to replenish stock ensuring optimal inventory control

Develop and implement improved processes for dispatch and materials management.

Collaborate with suppliers transportation providers and internal departments to streamline logistics activities

Maintain accurate records of materials dispatch activities and inventory transactions.

Control inventory levels and ensure material availability during emergencies

Assist in managing the flow of materials from suppliers to production and finished goods to customers

Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to schedule deliveries and pickups ensuring timely and costeffective transportation

Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock levels

Prepare and maintain detailed reports on inventory levels dispatch schedules and logistics performance.

Collaborate with quality control warehouse and other staff to ensure compliance with policies and procedures

Coordinate and supervise receiving and warehousing procedure

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Demonstrated expertise in managing materials coordinating dispatch activities and ensuring efficient logistics operations

Proficient in inventory management process improvement and stakeholder collaboration

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
