Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking cold calling and market research.
- Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing product development and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Requirements:
- Proven track record of successful sales performance preferably in a similar industry or market.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field (sometimes preferred not always required).
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
