Customer Success Executive - 110000month - Moldech

• Providing ongoing technical support.
• Driving our client success outreach campaign by consistently contacting educating and building excitement with our clients yearround. Youll ensure every school partner is maximizing the use of the our platform and getting great results.
• Convert raving fans into new referral generators to build new partner schools and help us scale.

Your daytoday

• Coordinate schedule and execute client onboarding meetings.
• Research identify and qualify new referrals.
• Maintain frequent contact with new and existing schools.
• Capture creative and effective uses of our platform and share it with our product and marketing team.
• Manage the help desk by responding to technical questions with ideas and solutions or escalating them to Level II support.
• Maintain our knowledge base (Help Section) as our platform evolves.
• Onboarding new clients: Build out templates through the web dashboard for new clients.
• Create usage and analytic reports and summaries to strategic accounts.

• Sales followup to schedule demos with prospects.
• Identify opportunities for improvement.

Growth opportunities:

• Conduct inperson meetings and trainings.
• Be a growth marketer and content creator capturing innovative uses of ReachWell and promoting them digitally (blog newsletter social media).

Pay: Rs110000.00 per month
