The role

Join our Content Acquisition team in Stockholm working with content administration and operations. The team works across our Nordic territories and supports content across Viaplay Groups channels and platforms. You will ensure that processes rights costs and legal terms are accurately entered into our system to facilitate smooth content publishing and release. Collaborating closely with content acquisition local content teams legal and operations your role will be crucial in maintaining our high standards.

• Efficiently process content deals from negotiation to approvals to final signature

• Enter deal rights costs and other data into rights management and scheduling systems

• Source prepare review and analyze reports using various systems

• Communicate and collaborate with departments (buyers programming finance legal) to resolve contract administration issues

• Produce reports for distributors and partners

• Become super user of our internal content management systems

What were looking for

We are looking for a structured and detailoriented individual with strong technical aptitude for learning new systems. You might have experience in a similar role at another media company or you may have an administrative background and are seeking a new challenge. Recent university graduates eager to begin their careers in content are also encouraged to apply.

• Structured and organized

• Worked in similar environment or field

• Super user of the office package and used to work with other systems

• Eager to learn

• Eye for the details

• Fluent in English and one Scandinavian language

• Experienced with working with classified and confidential information considered a plus
