About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative concepts for a range of digital and print materials including marketing campaigns social media graphics and website visuals.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure the visual consistency of our brand across all channels.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery while maintaining highquality standards.
• Provide art direction and mentorship to junior designers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends techniques and technologies to continually enhance our creative output.
• Incorporate feedback efficiently to refine designs and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders articulating your creative vision and strategic thinking.
• Support the continuous improvement of our design processes and contribute to the overall success of the creative team.

Senior Graphic Designer Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design preferably in a creative agency or inhouse design team.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of highquality design projects across various media.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and typography.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Strong problemsolving abilities and the capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Experience with web design and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
