Our client is managing a prestigious 5star luxury hotel of an international chain and is seeking an experienced Executive Chef.
Position: Executive Chef
Preference: Applicants with experiences out of Turkey Middle East or South Asia
As an Executive Chef overseeing restaurants lounges and function facilities for up to 500 guests your responsibilities would include:
Culinary Vision: Develop and execute a culinary vision aligned with the hotels brand and standards ensuring consistency and excellence across all dining outlets.
Menu Creation and Innovation: Design diverse and appealing menus for restaurants lounges and function facilities incorporating seasonal ingredients culinary trends and guest preferences.
Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of food quality presentation and taste across all outlets.
Staff Management: Lead and inspire a team of culinary professionals including chefs cooks and kitchen staff. Provide guidance training and support to foster a culture of excellence teamwork and continuous improvement.
Operational Efficiency: Oversee kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow minimising wastage and maximising productivity. Implement costcontrol measures to optimise food and labour expenses while maintaining quality.
Events and Functions: Plan and execute largescale events banquets and functions coordinating closely with event planners sales teams and other departments to ensure seamless execution and exceed guest expectations.
Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends culinary techniques and market developments. Seek opportunities for professional development and culinary enrichment to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Salary: US$48 net
