Job Mission

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Engagement Manager (m/f/d) with strong CRM skills to join our team in Germany. In this role you will be responsible for enhancing customer engagement improving customer retention and driving the overall customer experience. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams to implement CRM strategies and ensure that our customers receive the best possible service and support.

Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Manage and optimize CRM systems to ensure accurate customer data and effective communication.

Analyze customer data to identify trends insights and opportunities for improving engagement.

Collaborate with marketing product and customer support teams to create and execute personalized customer journeys.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer engagement and CRM effectiveness.

Provide training and support to team members on CRM best practices and tools.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.

Address customer inquiries issues and feedback promptly and effectively.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer interactions and service delivery.


Ideal Profile

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.

Proven experience in an engagement manager or similar role

Strong proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and data analysis tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced dynamic environment.

Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

Passion for sustainability and green energy solutions.

Fluency in German and English is required.(GER: on nativelevel EN: good skills)
