Our client, a luxury 5-star hotel, is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to oversee the operations and staff of their prestigious dining establishment. As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing strategies to ensure exceptional guest experiences, managing budgets and expenses, and leading a team of talented individuals. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader in the hospitality industry with a passion for delivering high-quality services. Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant • Create and implement strategies to optimize revenue and profits • Monitor and control expenses within budget • Ensure exceptional guest experiences and satisfaction • Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests and suppliers • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations • Analyze financial and operational reports to identify areas for improvement • Participate in the recruitment and training of restaurant staff • Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices
