We are seeking an experienced Revenue Expert to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with a background at a leading audit firm or finance related functions who is looking to make a significant impact in a highgrowth environment and interested to move into an operational role within a PEbacked company. The Revenue Expert will play a critical role in quality assessing analyzing and forecasting revenues and will be required to closely collaborate with the accounting team.
Additionally the role involves recommending innovative strategies to optimize revenue growth. This includes leveraging insights from diverse data sources such as customer behavior analytics market trends and feedback from client interactions to identify opportunities for increased profitability and efficiency.
Compiles and analyzes data from various sources (including our SaaS backend ERP CRM systems) to ensure that:

• Customers are being billed correctly / revenue is being recognized correctly
• To create an indepth understanding of changes from period to period
• To understand how this impacts our forecast moving forward

This job is based in Warsaw and will require you to come to our office in Wilanow Warsaw at least 2x per week.

Your position in our team

• Drive the revenue reporting process
• Deeply understand how our CRM / ERP / proprietary backend customertracking software feed into revenue recognition
• Create detailed SOPs around existing procedures and initiate process improvements
• Drive our ARR reporting process
• Identify and research variances to forecast budget and prioryear expenses proactively identifying opportunities for improvement
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with Sales and Marketing including collaboration to provide analytics CLTV churn customer segmentation etc.
• Dive deeply into revenue data and become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights
• Work on corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization

Your profile

• Bachelors degree and more than four years working experience in a finance accounting or closelyrelated area
• General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles what are business success drivers
• Experience with revenue reporting ideally with SaaS revenue
• Experience developing financial reports and metrics
• Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing fastpaced environment
• Advanced user Excel experience is required; Salesforce NetSuite Workday Adaptive are a plus
• Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the larger priorities for Finance
• Experience to drive projects across an organization are a plus
• Experience with a leading accounting firm is a plus
• Fluent business English skills (C1) are required
