Job Description
- Oversee all phases of civil infrastructure projects, from initial planning to final execution and delivery.
- Apply advanced civil engineering and utilities knowledge to ensure compliance with legal requirements and market standards.
- Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for the client with contractors, defining project scopes, evaluating bids, and refining solutions.
- Direct the investment process in line with the client's standards, including CAPEX forecasting and timeline management.
- Coordinate effectively with local and central client teams, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned with project goals.
