Job Description
- Reviewing resumes, conducting initial screening interviews, assisting with assessing and ranking prospective talent and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinating and assisting with sourcing and evaluating talent for potential opportunities within an organisation.
- Assisting with developing job descriptions for advertising and posting adverts on internal sites and with external agencies.
- Coordinating participation in career fairs and building pipelines.
- Proactively sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and external job boards.
- Interviewing and screening candidates via Teams to evaluate qualifications, career aspirations and culture fit.
