Our Company
We are currently recruiting for a SAP Coordinator to be placed in Paris, FR and would be on a 1-year contract with possibility of extension. The main function is to The mission consists of supporting the production and monitoring of Purchase Requisition (PR) and Work Order (WO) for the projects as well as for the department.
Responsibilities
- Use classic SAP transactions from the Materials management module;
- Assist engineers in their formalization of PR requests and will set up an interface tool that he will develop (improvement of the Excel tool);
- Communicate regularly between several project departments
- Establish a periodic reporting system for the status of PR/WOs - It will ensure the monitoring of these PR/WOs;
- Ensure that these PR/WO are validated in the SAP system and that transmission is carried out correctly.
