Job Description:
The project coordinator will be responsible for endtoend translation project management in a deadlinedriven environment. S/he will assess coordinate assign monitor and deliver translation projects within a defined timeline and budget working closely with translators reviewers account managers and clients.
- MBA/BBA graduates with proficient written and spoken English skills.
- Preference is given to individuals with a background in the content and translation industry.
- Collaborates effectively with clients and vendors to accomplish organizational objectives.
- Manage all aspects of the translation project including file processing scope time frames quality costs resources.
- Facilitate effective team communication and collaboration including communication with clients and translators
- Manages project communications with vendors evaluates bids and ensures timely project completion.
- Receives project specifications from clients sets up CRM systems and ensures ontime project delivery.
- Maintains accurate recordkeeping and data capture.
- Consistently follows up on project leads and vendor inquiries.
- Possesses exceptional communication skills including strong written verbal and presentation abilities.
- Conducts productive business meetings and discussions.
- Aims to meet daily weekly and monthly targets thereby driving revenue growth.
