Job Description: Marketing Sales Executive (Building Material)

Position: Marketing Sales Executive

Industry: Building Material (Bangar Cement)

Experience: 2 to 3 years

Gender: Male Candidates Only

Salary Range: 15000 to 25000 per month

Location: Bhanpuri Raipur Chhattisgarh (CG)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Marketing:

   • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
   • Promote and sell building materials (Bangar Cement) to prospective clients.
   • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry.
   • Maintain and expand the customer base through effective relationship management.

2. Client Relationship Management:

   • Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships.
   • Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively.
   • Provide presales and postsales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Market Analysis and Research:

   • Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activities and market demands.
   • Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.

4. Reporting and Documentation:

   • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the management.
   • Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and transactions.

5. Promotional Activities:

   • Organize and participate in promotional events trade shows and exhibitions.
   • Develop marketing materials and promotional campaigns to attract potential clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience of 2 to 3 years in sales and marketing preferably in the building material industry.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of the local market and customer base in Raipur Chhattisgarh.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be a male candidate due to the job nature.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
