Skills / Experience Required
- 5 years of relevant Department of Defense (DoD) work experience with a background in civilian personnel management systems
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership to ensure mission success
- Support the management and oversight of Air Force military and civilian personnel systems
- Ensure effective administration and maintenance of HR information systems
- Develop deliver manage and maintain HR information systems tailored to departments needs
- Administer deliver maintain advise and adapt basic HR concepts principles and theories to meet military departments requirements
- Manage and support recruitment and placement processes within the civilian personnel system ensuring adherence to guidelines
- Facilitate human resource development activities including performance management to ensure continuous improvement and development
- Oversee and manage performance management systems to align personnel performance with organizational goals and standards
- Support professional and career development training programs
- Ensure personnel training history records are complete accurate and comply with regulatory guidelines
Education / Certifications
- Bachelor degree: Arts (BA) Science (BS)
- Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of education
