Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, Invent, Develop and serve a variety of drinks, coffee and espresso drinks, following our recipes and standards.
- Operate coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and handling transactions.
- Stay knowledgeable about our menu and able to make recommendations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
- Contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role.
- Good English Language Communication Skills
- Passion for coffee and a desire to learn more about coffee preparation and brewing techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and card transactions.
