facility located near Odessa Texas is seeking a fulltime Assistant Chief Nursing Officer to join their growing team!
Pay: $85000 $100000 / annually (Depending on Experience)
Assistant Chief Nursing Officer Opportunity:
- Fulltime permanent position
- Schedule: Monday Friday with some flexibility to fill in as needed
- Benefits: Amazing retirement plan with the employee required contribution of 7% Hospital match at 225% and 8 years vesting employee insurance is paid by the Hospital with the option of adding family at a low monthly rate. Paid Time Off and Sick leave are accrued. There are 9 paid Holidays annually!
- his position assists the CNO in providing leadership direction and administration of direct patient care activities nursing practice nursing education and development across the facility
Assistant Chief Nursing Officer Requirements:
- Registered Nurse License Texas or Compact
- BLS and ACLS Certifications
- Previous supervisory experience
West Texas Location:
- Low cost of living
- Very little crime
- Great schools in this family friendly community
- Less than one hour from larger city amenities and airport
