Job Description
Are you enthusiastic selfmovivated and passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals Join the Y staff team as a group fitness instructor! Scheduled fitness classes may include Group Cycling Strength Training HIIT and more! These are parttime positions working 28 hours per week depending on availability. This position is located at the Dahl (La Crosse) and Houser (Onalaska) Branch.
Types of Classes Include (but are not limited to):
- Group Cycling
- Strength Training
- HighIntensity Interval Training (HIIT)
- Functional Fitness
Shifts:
- 5 am 6 am
- 6 am 7 am
- 8 am 9 am
- 9 am 10 am
- 10 am 11am
- 5 pm 6 pm
Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- No experience is necessary. Willing to mentor the right candidate.
