Job Description
Our client is a conglomerate having a PanNigeria presence and business interests in some other most dynamic sectors in the economy; transportation power products and ITenabled service sectors. In the quest for diversification and expansion they are currently in need of a Network Expansion and Development Officer
Location: Lagos.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive network expansion strategy aligned with the companys objectives and growth targets.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential areas for expansion new markets and partnership opportunities.
Collaborate with senior management to define expansion goals priorities and resource allocation.
Identify and engage potential partners distributors and strategic alliances to expand the companys network.
Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and decisionmakers to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
Negotiate partnership agreements terms and contracts to ensure alignment of objectives and successful collaboration.
Lead crossfunctional teams to execute network expansion projects from initiation to completion.
Develop project plans timelines and budgets and ensure adherence to project milestones and deliverables.
Coordinate with internal teams external vendors and partners to ensure smooth project execution and timely implementation.
Monitor project progress identify risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies as needed to ensure project success.
Maintain regular communication and engagement with partners to foster strong relationships and drive collaboration.
Conduct performance reviews and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on network expansion activities progress and outcomes for senior management review.
Analyze key metrics and KPIs to track the performance and ROI of expansion initiatives.
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Project Management Building Architecture Marketing or a related field.
Proven experience in business development partnership management and project management.
Experience in building and managing networks or partnerships within the technology telecommunications or related industries is a plus.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and oversee expansion projects.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights.
Proven experience in business development, partnership management, and project management. Experience in building and managing networks or partnerships within the technology, telecommunications, or related industries is a plus. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
