Open Position: Corporate Finance (Advisory Services)

A boutique advisory firm is looking for Corporate Finance to provide advisory services to local and international clients to be based in Kuala Lumpur.

Key responsibilities and requirements include:

• Advising client on mergers and acquisitions fundraisings restructurings and other financial related corporate exercises
  
• Work with senior management to develop proposals
  
• Research and evaluate in detail prepare detailed financial analysis modelling and valuations industry and market overview and strategic commercial rationale for capital market transactions
  
• Degree in Accountancy and/or Finance or professional qualification ACCA / CFA / CPA / MICPA or equivalent
  
• Good knowledge of the capital markets securities law and guidelines issued by the relevant authorities
