This is a remote position.

**Job Responsibilities:**
Plan details for travel including transportation accommodation and airlines.
Planning holidays
Keep our clients satisfied and loyal for future services
Suggesting travel destinations
Maintaining client files and managing largescale events
Work with clients to determine their traveling needs.
Guide clients on the appropriate styles of transportation travel dates costs and
accommodations.
Manage largescale events including conferences and retreats.
Book transportation and hotel reservations on behalf of clients.
Offer exceptional remote customer service throughout the booking process addressing
inquiries concerns and providing support to enhance the villa vacation experience.
Obtain supplier certifications to stay up to date with the most recent changes in the industry
Demonstrate knowledge and recommendation ability in popular vacation destinations
around the globe

Provide outstanding customer service and attention to detail
Utilize time management skills in order to research plan and book vacation packages for
clients
Multitask on various assignments while maintaining client satisfaction
Utilize social media to maintain and market to client base
Stay informed about luxury travel trends emerging villa destinations and unique villa
experiences to provide clients with the most relevant and captivating recommendations.
Collect payments and pay fees.
Resolve travel issues complaints and refunds.
Meet sales targets and profit goals.
Maintain client information and financial records.
Plan and execute itineraries
Ensure you stay uptodate with tourism trends by attending travel seminars.
**Qualifications:**
Good leadership and communication skills.
Good organizational Skills
Timemanagement abilities.
Fluent in English bilingual a plus
Ability to work independently
A passion for creating magical and memorable experiences.
