THE ROLE @ OUR CLIENTS

The Vice President of Sales North America Windows will be responsible for managing all aspects of the traditional national account and commercial sales channels for the companys Windows Business Unit. The ideal candidate must possess and display a positive attitude with relentless passion for growing the assigned business. The position will be a primary member within the windows leadership team and will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies and driving financial results.

Must Have:

  • Proven ability to drive topline growth in small to mediumsized customer base versus high volume sales with a handful of largescale retail chains.

  • Demonstrated success in the growth and development of a national sales force.

  • Exposure in the building materials manufacturing space

  • Master s (MBA) Degree in a relevant field

  • Willingness and ability to relocate to the Charlotte NC metro area within 12 months of hire.


Requirements

Establishes and implements sales strategies to support sales and profit growth within the assigned sales channels and across the companys enterprise.

Develops annual sales plans and associated regional sales budgets
Manages all sales team members and processes.

Cultivates and fosters strong working relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
Attends and participates in key trade and customer events.

Trains mentors and motivates the sales team.

Coaches and develops future leaders of the business.

Ability to manage and plan multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.

Travel: 50%Bachelor s degree in engineering Marketing Business Management or a related field

Seven (7) to ten (10) years relevant experience in the consumer durable products industry through sales product management or marketing
Master s (MBA) Degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Experience of developing and driving a sales channel; developing programs and building longterm relationships.

Experience developing and deploying strategic initiatives to expand profitably and grow a business.

Solid computer skills with experience in the Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel Word Processing and PowerPoint presentations.
