Role:
  • Business analyst for largescale IT transformation and business transformation programs. Consult with clients and our own experts to propose digital transformation and other business and system improvements. Support business and IT projects endtoend with a focus on business/functional requirement definition and analysis verification and testing.
Main Duties:
  • Requirements gathering requirements analysis
  • Business process modeling
  • Business process reengineering
  • Specification writing solution document review test planning etc. until production
  • May be responsible for not only functional requirements but also nonfunctional requirements
  • May also check screen layouts and fit and gaps in customer experience design

Required Skills:
  • Expert experience with high volume B2C/B2B ecommerce systems
  • Bachelors degree
  • At least 10 years of experience in information technology
  • At least 4 years of business analysis experience in any field
  • Good understanding of Japanese and English
  • Deep understanding of digital services and customer experience
  • Ability to lead and coach a team in system solutions
  • Actively participate in dialogue with business stakeholders and participate in all SDLC lifecycles
  • Ability to review team members work and coach them to solve complex problems
  • Stakeholder management
  • Ability to lead a team in requirements elicitation and management (epic and user stories/story mapping/BDD)
  • Experience with the latest enterprise digital technologies across ecommerce marketing interactivity and operations
  • Expertise in facilitation collaboration situational awareness and influence across teams and departments
  • Raise awareness of customer experience in digital services and drive customer relationships
  • High (nearnative) Japanese proficiency and businesslevel English proficiency
