You will be joining our LatAm sales teamwith the aim of strengthening our leadershipin Mexico where we are already the goto Employer Branding & ATS tool with amazing clients like Jugos del Valle BradesCard Opex Openpay...butweve just scratched the surface
For us personality and passion come before education and experience. Youll always be supported and looked after by your Teamtailor family but you will also have a lot of responsibility for your own work meaning that working independently isnt something you mind.
Additionally we are looking for someone who ideally:
- has previous experience in B2B sales (with SaaS platforms is a plus) and can be responsible for their entire sales cycle from prospecting to sales.
- is comfortablecontacting anyone and booking a meeting over the phone or by email.
- can keep high activity and motivate yourself & has the drive to always exceed.
- has HR experience (working directly in HR or selling HRrelated products).
- is fluent in English and Spanish both written and spoken.
Recruitmentprocess
If there is a match from the getgo things can move really fast.The process usually includes these steps:
1) Online Assessment Test.
2) Video interview Kit.
3) Quick call with Alicia Sales Manager LatAm15 minutes.
4) Indepth interview with Alicia &Carlos 30 minutes.
5) Business Case Informal chat with part of the Sales team 1 hour.
Youll be the first of our Mexico team and we expect yourhelp building the LatAm team.We are looking forward to learning more about you and getting to know you better
