Job Description:

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join as a Functional SME for Commercial Center (Fiserv) to work with LOB directly. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of the Commercial banking systems (web and mobile). This role requires indepth knowledge of Commercial banking processes and regulations in the US as well as expertise in Commercial Center(Fiserv) good domain understanding/business analysis and project leadership.

Responsibilities:

1. Experience in Commercial Banking domain possessing comprehensive knowledge of industry best practices regulations and trends.
2. Experience working on End to End Product lifecycle in all Commercial banking products like Commercial Center.
3. Collaborate with LOB crossfunctional teams to help understand business and functional requirements test scenarios execution
4. Ensure effective communication between crossfunctional teams keeping stakeholders informed about progress and challenges.
5. Identify opportunities to enhance processes related to domain knowledge management and business analysis within the consumer banking domain.

Required Skills/Qualification:

1. 10 years of indepth experience in SME of commercial Banking domain either inbuilding a banking product or implementing banking application or providing banking domainbased IT services to Banks and Financial Institutions
2. Experience in Tools Commercial Center.
3. Experience in leading and managing crossfunctional teams.
4. Graduates/ Post Graduates in Engineering/ Finance/ Science / Business Administration
