Job Details:

• Experience
  • Must have eam leading experience of 3 to 4 years
  • Insurance sales experience of minimum 7 to 8 years and field sales experience in Insurance industry.
• CTC: upto 9 LPA Performance Incentives
• Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
• Location: Delhi

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Is responsible for managing developing & supervising the team with a key focus on Service to sales through relationship management sales productivityperexecutive thereby achieving sales & service targets.
• Identify interview and select sales executives with support from HR.
• Exceed revenue targets
• Undertake joint field work with executives and observe/demonstrate successful selling skills.
• Supervise daily activity plan of all executives to ensure that these are being fulfilled as per the desired levels.
• Educate team/ prospects about products vis vis products of competition to enable them in taking appropriate decisions
