We are looking for an Azure Developer who will focus on providing expert support for SQL Server ETL processes Databricks and Striim. The ideal candidate will have indepth knowledge of these technologies excellent team management skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in managing technical support teams including offshore resources.
- Experience with Striim or similar realtime data integration platforms.
- Experience in a customerfacing technical support role.
- Expertise in SQL Server including query optimization database administration and troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of ETL processes and experience in supporting ETL pipelines.
- Proficiency with Databricks including cluster management job scheduling and code optimization.
- Familiarity with best practices in technical support and IT service management (ITSM).
- Lead and managed a support team including offshore resources to provide technical support for SQL Server ETL Databricks and Striim.
- Oversee the resolution of technical issues related to SQL Server ETL processes Databricks and Striim.
- Act as the escalation point for complex technical problems ensuring timely resolution.
- Possess indepth knowledge of SQL Server including query optimization database administration and troubleshooting.
- Assist in resolving SQL Serverrelated issues and provide guidance to team members.
- Understand ETL processes thoroughly and assist in identifying and resolving issues related to data extraction transformation and loading.
- Provide support for the Databricks platform including cluster management job scheduling and code optimization.
- Troubleshoot Databricksrelated issues and assist in streamlining data processing workflows.
- Manage offshore support resources including assigning tasks monitoring performance and ensuring work is aligned with organizational goals.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between onshore and offshore teams.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing effective solutions to technical issues.
- Gather customer feedback and work to continuously improve support services.

- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
