Handling all incoming calls and WhatsApp chats from clients (diagnostic centers/Hospitals) and doctors.
Understanding the requirement and raising a ticket and tagging them to the right department
Email tickets have to be validated and tagged to respective agents/departments based on subject
Maintain a healthy relationship with clients and doctors to avoid escalation.
Helpdesk Executive Requirements:
Any bachelors degree
6 months to 2 yrs of experience
Should have professional fluency in Hindi and South Indian languages apart from English. (One candidate Bengali speaking is required)
Good interpersonal and written and oral communication skills
6 working days and 1 week off
Rotational shifts including night shifts and rotational week off
Full Time
