Job Title: Business Analyst

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed business models process diagrams and data flows.
• Conduct data analysis using statistical methods and software tools.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to implement solutions.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented solutions.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel SQL Tableau Power BI).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP CCBA) is preferred .
