Access Global Group is seeking a Senior US Technical Recruiter for this fully remote India Based role to join our growing team!

TERMS:

  • REMOTE Full time India Based

    Key roles and responsibilities includes:

  • Excellent understanding and strength in hitting KPIs
  • Parsing specialized qualifications and skills for screening IT resumes
  • Sourcing potential candidates via professional platforms
  • Conducting task and job analysis for documenting job duties as well as requirements
  • Staying aware of new technological products as well as the latest trends
  • Promoting the reputation of our company and clients.
  • Participating in tech meetups and conferences for networking with talented IT professionals
  • Coordinating with team leaders for forecasting the hiring needs and setting the department goals
  • Crafting and sending recruiting emails to passive candidates with current open jobs
  • Performing prescreening interviews for analyzing the abilities of candidates
  • Interviewing candidates using various techniques (e.g. technical assessments behavioral and structured questions)
  • Requirements

  • 610 years prior experience as a US Technical Recruiter
  • US IT Recruitment experience
  • Must be experienced with W2 1099 C2C recruitment
  • Must be well versed on Visas and Work Authorizations
  • Technical recruiters must maintain and carefully develop a highquality pool of candidates suitable for technical roles.
  • Strong verbal as well as nonverbal communication skills
  • Exceptional timemanagement and organizational skills
  • Solid technical background needed to understand as well as explain requirements for ITrelated jobs
  • Prior experience with conducting various types of interviews (e.g. structured phone Google Meet)
  • Experience with resume databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience with various sourcing methods (e.g. Boolean search social media recruiting etc.)
  • Sound knowledge of all labor regulations and HR practices
  • Sound knowledge of fullcycle recruiting
