Job Title: Civil Engineer
Duration: 3 months (with possible extension)
Location: Boston MA 02108

Responsibilities:

• Review analyze and approve architectural and engineering plans for healthcare facilities.
• Provide technical engineering assistance and consultation both internally and externally.
• Review reports memoranda architectural and engineering plans for completeness accuracy and content.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
• Familiarity with civil engineering terminology and standard abbreviations.
• Ability to analyze civil engineering data draw conclusions and make recommendations.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting plans specifications blueprints and drawings.
• Understanding of local building codes and regulations.
• Experience interpreting electrical HVAC and mechanical drawings.
• Strong communication skills both effective and decisive.
• Ability to work independently and communicate with the team via phone or virtual platforms.
• Prior experience in the construction or maintenance of healthcare facilities is highly desired.
