• Review product documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with accounting standards.
• Serve as a point of contact for complex customer inquiries or issues related to accounting.
• Provide expertise and guidance to customer support teams to resolve accountingrelated issues effectively.
• Deliver training to customers
• Develop training materials presentations and workshops to educate internal teams on accounting principles and practices.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees across different departments regarding accounting procedures.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to team members to foster continuous learning in accounting.
• Assist sales teams in understanding and articulating the value proposition of accounting products or services to customers.

• Bachelors degree in Commerce Accounting Finance or a related field. MBA or Professional qualification in accounting such as Chartered Accountant (CA) Certified Management Accountant (CMA) or Company Secretary (CS) preferred.
• Experience working in the field of commerce and taxation .
• Proven track record of thought leadership and expertise in accounting principles and practices.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex accounting concepts in a clear and concise manner.
