We are looking for a talented Branch Manager to lead one of our clients team at a toptier Recruitment Agency in Peterborough. As a key player in their organisation you will oversee daily operations and drive business growth. The agency serves a diverse range of clients from large onsite operations to small and mediumsized enterprises. This is an exciting time to join them with clear plans for expansion.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of consultants effectively.
- Oversee and monitor daily weekly and monthly KPIs to ensure targets are met.
- Implement strategies for candidate attraction and retention.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients.
- Take full accountability for the branch s P&L.
- Ensure strict adherence to compliance procedures.
Requirements
Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in recruitment with a strong background in the Warehousing industrials construction logistic office and/or driving sectors.
- Salesfocused and resultsoriented.
- Wellversed in current recruitment legislation and warehousing compliance standards.
- Skilled in developing and maintaining internal and external relationships.
- Demonstrates strong motivation and leadership abilities.
Qualifications:
- Educated to Alevel standard or equivalent as a minimum.
