Job Description
- 10+ years of in-house full life cycle recruiting experience, with 5+ years of technical recruiting
- Previous experience at an early stage/high growth startup implementing talent acquisition strategies from scratch
- Demonstrated track record of recruiting outstanding diverse technical talent into top-tier engineering organizations
- Understanding of global compensation strategies
- Experience working in a fully remote/remote-first environment
- Experience recruiting talent across the US and Europe, and a high level understanding of employment laws associated with global hiring
- Either experience or a “front row seat” to other People functions such as People Operations, HRBP work, and global compensation
