Responsibilities
- Assist in managing and strengthening relationships with existing clients serving as a supporting point of contact for their printing needs.
- Support the preparation of accurate and detailed quotes and estimates for printing projects ensuring timely delivery to clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling additional printing services to existing clients.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure seamless project execution meeting deadlines and addressing challenges.
- Proactively engage with clients addressing inquiries resolving issues and providing regular project updates.
- Follow up with clients to convert quotes into confirmed projects securing new business opportunities.
- Assist in overseeing the processing of print orders ensuring accuracy and managing any clientrequested modifications.
- Track and report on sales performance client feedback and market trends to inform decisionmaking.
- Work closely with the finance department to handle invoicing and payment processes efficiently.
- Keep accurate records of all client interactions quotes and project details in the companys CRM system.
Qualifications
- 12 years of experience in sales or a similar role preferably within the printing industry or related field.
- Basic understanding of various printing processes paper types finishing options and industry trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Customercentric approach with a focus on providing exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
