Responsibilities:

• Manage the companys daily tax matters including tax filings and business registration related to digital transactions
  
• Assist in accounting for digital assets and timely preparation of financial reports including financial statements expense reports and digital asset reports
• Review and verify all expense claims ensuring compliance with company policies and verifying related vouchers smart contracts and receipts
• Handle daily fund receipts and payments for both digital assets and fiat currencies including managing cryptocurrency wallets and multisignature wallets
• Manage financial documentation including collecting compiling and archiving digital asset transaction records and onchain transaction records
• Monitor cryptocurrency market trends to ensure the security and compliance of fund transfers identifying and mitigating potential financial risks
• Assist with internal and external audits ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial information related to digital assets and support blockchain transparency audits
• Participate in the development and improvement of financial policies and procedures related to digital assets ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or higher in Accounting Finance or a related field. Professional certifications such as Intermediate Accountant CPA or ACCA are preferred
• Professional Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience
• Proficient in local accounting policies and tax regulations. Skilled in using various office and financial software
• Detailoriented strong execution capabilities excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin will be highly advantageous
