Survey Person

KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers: talent mapping evaluation and reskilling services with training to companies.

We are seeking friendly outgoing individuals to conduct doortodoor surveys in local neighborhoods. As a survey interviewer your role will be to approach residents introduce yourself and invite them to participate in brief surveys on various topics. The goal is to gather valuable insights and opinions from community members to help inform decisionmaking.

Responsibilities

• Approach residents at their homes and politely invite them to participate in surveys
• Explain the purpose and importance of the surveys in a clear concise manner
• Administer surveys by asking questions and recording responses accurately
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times when interacting with residents
• Report any issues or concerns to the survey coordinator
• Ensure all survey materials are returned at the end of each shift

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable approaching and engaging with strangers
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned neighborhoods
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Attention to detail and ability to accurately record survey responses
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality of survey participants
