Innovation and Entrepreneurship Lead Research Strategist

We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Innovation and Entrepreneurship Lead to join our team. Our mission is to democratize entrepreneurship and our flagship elearning product 100 Tasks is rooted in the Rocket Internet process that helped shape Berlins thriving startup ecosystem. Over 5000 founders in 50 countries have used 100 Tasks to build their startups. This individual will be tasked with the mission of enhancing our product through deeper research and regional customization.

Tasks

• Conduct thorough research to identify key regional nuances in entrepreneurship focusing initially on the US market.
• Enhance our elearning product by incorporating these regional differences into the framework visuals examples and more.
• Develop and produce a tailored 100 Tasks US version of our product ensuring it is highly relevant and practical for USbased entrepreneurs.
• Define a customer feedback loop and develop a comprehensive product roadmap.
• Collaborate at the intersection of tech product and sales to create a highvalue product.
• Research and identify potential partners and stakeholders within hightarget regions.
• Continuously improve all aspects of the product based on feedback and new insights.
• Create clear concise and engaging content that effectively communicates complex entrepreneurial concepts.
• Develop a replicable blueprint for further localization of the 100 Tasks concept.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure alignment with overall company objectives and strategy.
• Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in entrepreneurship and elearning.

Requirements

• Preferred: PhD student in an Entrepreneurship program but open to other skillsets with strong research capabilities or venture building experience
• Proven experience in conducting indepth research and producing highquality content.
• Skilled in content production and visual mapping.
• Deep understanding of entrepreneurial concepts and the startup ecosystem.
• Passionate about startups and innovation.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fastpaced environment.
• Nearnative in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
