You will be able to shape Raisins culture and have a significant impact on the L&D future at Raisin by designing implementing and managing comprehensive learning solutions for the entire organization.

The L&D mission at Raisin is to offer development for all. As a (Junior) L&D Manager / Trainer you will be responsible for coordinating delivering and tracking various learning and development activities. You will carry out skill gaps analysis assess capabilities and satisfaction.

You will also work with other locations within Germany (Hamburg Frankfurt Munich) in Europe (Madrid Manchester) and worldwide (NYC) thereby turning L&D into a key player to promote one Raisin culture globally.

Your Responsibilities

• Independently design and facilitate team building activities brainstorming sessions and soft skills workshops including monthly onboarding days for new joiners.
• Partner up with different subject matter experts in the organization to create engaging elearning content (SCORMs) and manage them via our LMS Leapsome.
• Create assign and thoroughly track mandatory training learning paths for different entities and legal/audit requirements at a global level.
• Research experiment and implement the latest learning solutions by understanding current needs and anticipating future requirements.
• Ensure an excellent learning experience and take action to continually improve our standards by offering highquality and interactive solutions.
• Be a trusted advisor for employees regarding their development.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the organization.
• In collaboration with the rest of the People & Culture team identify innovative ways to positively impact the employee journey at Raisin.
• Support the collection and organization of data related to learning initiatives and employee feedback.
• Manage administrative tasks related to training programs such as scheduling registration and communication.
• Curate internal L&D communication and branding.

Your Profile

• You are curious and creative to discover experiment and implement the latest learning solutions.
• You are able to design tailormade content based on skill gaps analysis to combine employees development needs with the business strategy.
• You have the ability to use multiple learning methods and to adapt them to your target audience.
• You are a great team player with strong feedback skills.
• You can establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders at different seniority levels departments and backgrounds.
• You have the ability to research and evaluate training options and alternatives with external providers and negotiate accordingly.
• You are highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
• You have an independent flexible and customerfocused working style.
• You are interested in culturerelated topics such as employees wellbeing and Diversity Equity and Inclusion.
• Excellent English skills German is a plus but not a must.
• At least 2 years of professional work experience in L&D or Coaching and Training.
• Experience with LMS management (esp. Leapsome) authoring tools PPT Google Suite Trello and Mentimeter.
• Availability to travel to other Raisin offices (especially within Germany) for a few days approx. every 2 months.

Nice to Haves:

• University degree in human resources education psychology pedagogy communication or similar.
• Professional Coaching Certification.
• Leadership training design and facilitation experience.
