Job Description
- Providing technical support to clients and resolving their IT issues on time.
- Participate in a 24x7x365 L3 support team, take calls on a rotating basis, and be prepared to facilitate solutions for production environment.
- Installing and configuring software components, as well as troubleshooting network and system problems.
- Documenting and tracking technical issues and resolutions using a help desk ticketing system.
- Create and update documentation for IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Provides installation support for Linux and Windows OS.
