Job Description

Job Summary:

VLCC is seeking an experienced and dynamic Center Head to lead and manage our center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and wellness excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of managing teams and achieving business targets. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations ensuring highquality customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management:

    • Oversee the daily operations of the center ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
    • Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
    • Manage inventory supplies and equipment to maintain operational readiness.
  • Team Leadership:

    • Recruit train and manage staff including wellness consultants therapists and administrative personnel.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Customer Service:

    • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining service excellence.
    • Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
    • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the client experience.
  • Business Development:

    • Develop and execute strategies to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth.
    • Identify new business opportunities and expand the center's client base.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Financial Management:

    • Prepare and manage the center's budget ensuring costeffective operations.
    • Monitor financial performance and implement measures to achieve financial goals.
    • Prepare regular financial and operational reports for senior management.
  • Marketing and Promotion:

    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the center’s services and products.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies.
    • Organize events workshops and seminars to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Compliance and Quality Control:

    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
    • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the center.
    • Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest level of service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management Health and Wellness or a related field.
    • A master’s degree or additional certifications in management or wellness is a plus.
  • Experience:

    • Proven experience as a Center Head Operations Manager or similar role in the wellness hospitality or healthcare industry.
    • Experience in managing a team and achieving business targets.
  • Skills:

    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Proficiency in using management software and tools.
  • Attributes:

    • Customerfocused with a passion for health and wellness.
    • High level of integrity and professionalism.
    • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
