Manage Tax Services Division: Oversee daily operations of the tax services division ensuring efficient and highquality service delivery. Manage workflows allocate resources and personnel effectively and coordinate project timelines to exceed client expectations and meet deadlines.
Client and Engagement Management: Build and maintain client relationships manage client portfolios identify new business opportunities and oversee all aspects of the tax department's client engagements.
Leadership and Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Support the professional growth of team members.
Qualifications Skills and Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting Finance or a related field. Master's degree or JD preferred.
Experience: Over 20 years in public accounting or a related field with at least 10 years in leadership roles and client engagement experience.
Certifications: Active CPA required.
Tax Expertise: Extensive knowledge of tax matters for individuals and various entities (e.g. corporate estate nonprofit international).
