Job Description:

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the safe efficient and continuous operation of the facility ensuring products are produced on time within budget and to quality standards. This role enforces safety policies promotes company values and coordinates activities between departments. Responsibilities include adhering to QA GMP HACCP OSHA and BRC regulations maintaining food safety and managing resources to meet production targets. The manager reports accidents and equipment issues ensures accurate HACCP and production records and enters production data into Flexibake. Additionally the manager directs machine setup manages employee safety and assists with equipment malfunctions and SOP implementation. They also ensure positions are staffed to meet production and safety requirements while providing control during accidents.Applicant must be bilingual.
