Job Description
On behalf of our client an international Real Estate investor we are looking to hire an Investment Associate to join the Dublin team.
The Role:
- Support in depth industry and market research relating to acquisition opportunities.
- Assist in underwriting and development of real estate financial models.
- Collaborate with Investor Relations and Portfolio Management teams in the preparation of the monthly quarterly and annual results announcements and investor presentations.
- Presentation and reporting of key financials to senior management.
Requirements
- University degree with a focus on Finance Real Estate Finance or Mathematics discipline
- 23 years experience in an analyst level role with an investment bank/consulting firm/asset manager
- High degree of proficiency in financial modelling.
- Detail oriented strong analytical skills with ability to deliver to deadlines.
- ACA or CFA achievement or progress towards designation desirable.

3-4 years' experience with background in finance, property law or real estate development Previous experience negotiating and closing residential sales contracts with purchasers. Excellent attention to detail, commercial acumen, and project management skills. Ability to work on own initiative and collaborate as part of a team.
