Patient Volume: 1015
Support Staff: 1 Rad Onc 2 RNs 2 nurse navigators 2 Dosimetrists 1 physicist 5 therapists & 2 clerical.
Required Procedures:
Linear Accelerator: Varian TrueBeam Rapid Arc/VMAT & Electrons.
Conventional/Conformal Therapy Intensity Modulated Radiation therapy (IMRT) Image Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT) Stereotactic Body radiation therapy (SBRT) Stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS): all types.
Conventional treatment planning Beam shaping (MLC) 3D CRT IMRT PET CT or MRI Image Fusion and Electronic Portal Imaging (EPI).
Hospital Privileges required: Yes
Temporary Privileges available: Yes
Trauma Level: II
EMR: Aria/Cerner
Travel lodging & malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
Active MI License
BC/BE
ACLS
Fellowship (preferred)
