WE ARE HIRING!
RSCS a FullService Commercial and Industrial Refrigeration Construction and Service company servicing 10 states across the western US and in business for more than 20 years is now hiring a Commercial/Industrial Refrigeration Service Technician in your area.
Requirements
Responsibilities and Duties
Field service of an established customer base with travel to surrounding areas. This is NOT an entry level position but requires 35 years of freon/rack refrigeration service and commercial HVAC experience. Ammonia or CO2 experience a plus! Must be willing to work cooperatively with our construction & service teams. Duties include but not limited to brazing minor pipefitting pipe welding a plus insulating pipes able to run conduit electrical work and work in a wide range of environmental temperatures.
Qualifications and Skills
Our ideal candidate will be able to think quickly on their feet and be able to problem solve effectively have a basic knowledge of the refrigeration cycle and a good working knowledge of electricity and controls. Must be willing to perform duties in a quick and timely manner.
This position requires someone who has experience with commercial rack/supermarket industrial refrigeration as well as commercial HVAC and wants to gain the knowledge skillset and tools to walk into any clients facility and have the confidence to troubleshoot and repair equipment when the facility operators cannot.
Also must be dependable handson selfmotivated a selfstarter well organized and detail oriented willing to travel and be on call in a rotation. Clean driving record required.

Our ideal candidate must also have a keen knowledge of the refrigeration cycle as well as electricity and controls and should enjoy servicing a variety of equipment across multiple facilities. This position requires someone who has the knowledge, skillset, and tools to walk into any client's facility and has the confidence to troubleshoot and repair equipment when the facility operators cannot and is skilled in start-up of refrigeration systems. Also, must be dependable, hands-on, self-motivated, a self-starter, well organized and detail oriented, willing to travel and be on call in a rotation. Clean driving record required.
