Engineering Manager

• Collaborate with the product team to define project scopes and timelines.
  

• Discuss implementation strategies and technical challenges with the engineering team.
  

• Monitor project progress and provide updates to the CTO and other heads of departments.
  

• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  

• Lead recruitment efforts and the interview process to onboard skilled engineers.
  

• Foster a collaborative and innovative engineering culture.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
  

• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role in technology.
  

• Strong project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies.
  

• Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
  

• Experience in recruiting and managing technical teams.
